This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Fotonest event subscriptions. By purchasing a plan you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely via Razorpay. Your plan determines limits such as the number of photos and concurrent guests, as shown on our pricing section.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled event service or booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, because preparation and processing capacity have already been reserved for your event.

3. Refunds

Fotonest provides digital services (event hosting, storage, and AI photo processing). As such, we do not offer refunds once the service has been successfully rendered or the event has concluded. A service is considered rendered once photos have been processed and made available to guests for an event.

4. Service failures on our end

If a technical error on our side prevents service delivery — for example, an event cannot be processed or photos cannot be delivered due to a fault attributable to Fotonest — a full or partial refund will be issued after investigation. We assess these on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve them promptly.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email support@fotoneststudio.com from the address associated with your account, including your event name and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
